An exhibition invitation for the work of Shigeo Fukuda at the VAM in New York. Fukuda is known to use Gestalt principles in his work. In line with this, the packet is held together by the principle of proximity. This was implied by weaving both found and colored paper together; when the two disparate pieces are brought close together, a greater meaning arises.
